Aih senangnya ada temen baru lagi. Teknologi yang memperlancar hubungan jarak jauh itu emang mesti diapresiasi setinggi-tingginya. Semoga barang siapa yang bikin teknologi-teknologi itu pada masuk surga semua. Termasuk yang bikin YM, GT, MSN messenger, Skype, blog, google, internet browser, dan banyak yang lainnya lagi.
Udah lamaaaa bener gw gak cetingan dengan lancar di YM sama minke. Cobaan dan deraan selalu ada. Jaman awal-awal dulu, dia bisa ribuan kali sign in-sign out demi menembus YM. Kalo udah nembus, jangan dikira lancar juga. Cetingannya delay abis-abisan. Begitu nyampe, langsung berpuluh-puluh baris, kayak rombongan haji. Bener-bener bikin gondok luar biasa deh cetingan di YM. Entah mengapa, kelaknatan itu hanya terjadi kalo gw cetingan dengan YM kalo dia di kantor. Kelaknatan serupa juga terjadi kalo gw cetingan pake YM sama temen-temen yang lain pas di kantor. Bener-bener diamput.
Begitu ketemu G-Talk, langsung deh beralih ke sana. Emang sih, featurenya minimalis banget. Jangan berharap ada buzz, transfer file, audible, IMvironment atau photo sharing. Wong tampilannya aja ya gitu doang. Dengan GT ini, semuanya lancar. Delay dikit gapapa deh. Kadang-kadang juga suka ngadat. Yang jelas, gak sampe menguji kesabaran kayak YM deh.
Setelah masa-masa GT, kini gw bertemu dengan Meebo. Wah ajaib ini Meebo, karena si Meebo ini bisa buka cetingan di GT, YM, MSN Messenger dan ICQ. Trus friends list-nya itu bisa disatuin gitu. Waaaa senangnyaaa.. Tapi, Meebo gak bisa dibuka kalo pake browser Opera. Gatau tuh kenapa. Kalo pake Mozilla atau IE, lancar-lancar aja.
